Direct experience with data cleansing, validation, or system migration projects. strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and hands-on experience analyzing large data sets. Demonstrated skill writing scripts or queries to automate data transformation. Sharp analytical thinking with exceptional attention to detail.Nice-to-haves:
Associate degree or equivalent practical experience. Background working in regulated environments like medical devices or pharmaceuticals (understanding of cGMP, cGDP, or 21 CFR Part 11). Analyze legacy PLM data to resolve duplicates, standardize naming conventions, and data quality rules. Map & Prepare forMigration:
Prepare legacy data sets, support source-to-target mapping, and actively participate in migration rehearsals and cutover planning.Automate Data Workflows:
Build and execute scripts, queries, and transformation routines to streamline data conversion and reduce manual effort.Validate & Troubleshoot:
Perform pre- and post-migration data reconciliations, investigate system discrepancies, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).Document & Support:
Maintain accurate data logs, track project risks, and provide post-launch stabilization support.
