Land Services Administrator Join Our Dynamic Team! Are you a data-savvy professional passionate about turning complex data into actionable insights? We're seeking a highly skilled Land Services Administrator to play a pivotal role in supporting land services operations in Spring, TX. As a Land Services Administrator, you will be instrumental in analyzing land services data to drive informed decision-making and operational efficiency. Your expertise will help streamline processes and enhance data accuracy, ensuring our team is equipped with the insights needed to succeed. This is a 12-month contract position with a schedule of Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week, offering a fantastic opportunity to make a measurable impact.
Required Skills:
Proven experience in data analysis, visualization, and reporting Strong proficiency with SQL and Excel Ability to interpret and analyze large datasets Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills Attention to detail and accuracy in data management Effective communication skills to present insights clearly Nice to
Have Skills:
Experience with land services or related industries Knowledge of GIS or mapping tools Familiarity with additional analytics software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) Basic understanding of land title or land management processes
Preferred Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business, or a related field At least 2 years of professional experience in data analysis or related roles
Other Requirements:
