Job Description
Encadria Staffing Solutions has a long-term temporary End User Data Specialist role available at Georgia-Pacific in Green Bay. The work hours are between 7:30AM - 4PM, Monday - Friday. In this role, your core responsibility will be to drive data quality and process improvement by reviewing and approving End Users for participation in deviated price agreements and ensuring accurate setup across SAP/Vistex and related systems. You will own End User master data governance to streamline claims processing, improve rebate accuracy and timeliness, and strengthen reporting and analytics for better business decisions. What You Will Do in Your Role Research and maintain End User master information in SAP/Vistex and other systems Maintain End User and buying group membership lists and tiers through Pricing Agreements in SAP/Vistex and other systems Develop and maintain appropriate technologies to support End User maintenance and relationships across all data sources Communicate with internal and external customers to maintain active membership rosters, tiered pricing assignments, and validation of End User participation on promotions and pricing agreements Collaborate with Order Processing Department and Customer Rebate Services to resolve invoice prices, pricing agreements, end user, and rebate discrepancies Evaluate current processes for possible system and process improvements The Experience You Will Bring Associate degree in a business-related field or two years or more experience in a business-to-business environment Proficiency in
