Data Center Facilities Technician - Mechanical/Electrical Mesa, AZ | $33.00-$50.00/hour + Overtime | Full-Time | On-Site NTT Global Data Centers is hiring Data Center Facilities Technicians in Mesa, Arizona. This is a critical facilities position focused on mechanical and electrical infrastructure. This is not an IT, networking, or cabling role. We're looking for hands-on technicians with experience operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting mission-critical mechanical and/or electrical systems . Data center experience is preferred, but we also welcome experience from semiconductor facilities, power plants, hospitals, manufacturing, and other critical industrial environments . What You'll Do Operate, monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot critical mechanical and electrical infrastructure Support HVAC, chilled water systems, CRAC/CRAH units, generators, UPS, switchgear, ATS/STS, electrical distribution, BMS/controls, and fire life safety systems Perform preventive and predictive maintenance Respond to equipment alarms and abnormal operating conditions Help prevent unplanned customer-impacting events Work with contractors and internal teams on maintenance, repairs, upgrades, and system improvements Follow established safety procedures, including LOTO and electrical safety practices What We're Looking For Hands-on mechanical and/or electrical experience in a data center, critical facility, or industrial environment Experience maintaining and troubleshooting large commercial or industrial systems Knowledge of critical power and/or cooling systems Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to work safely in a highly process-driven, mission-critical environment Experience with any combination of the following is highly desirable: Generators UPS Switchgear Transformers ATS/STS Chillers Cooling Towers Pumps VFDs

Controls Electrical Distribution Schedule Technicians work 12-hour rotating shifts : Week 1: Monday-Tuesday, 6:00 p.m.-6:00 a.m.; off Wednesday-Thursday; work Friday-Sunday, 6:00 p.m.-6:00 a.m. Week 2: Off Monday-Tuesday; work Wednesday-Thursday, 6:00 p.m.-6:00 a.m.; off Friday-Sunday Technicians rotate between days and nights quarterly Day shift: 6:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m.

Night shift:
