Irvine, CA Job Details Part-time | Full-time $26 - $34 an hour 5 hours ago Benefits Dental insurance 401(k) Paid time off Vision insurance Qualifications Data center experience Moving IT infrastructure Attention to detail Computer hardware macOS Full Job Description Briviant Inc. seeks a reliable, detail-oriented Data Center Technician with a focus on MacOS to support day-to-day data center activities and hands-on hardware build work. This role is ideal for someone with previous data center experience. This role is onsite at our Irvine, CA office. Key Responsibilities Data Center Operations Support daily data center operations, including monitoring equipment and responding to basic alerts or requests Perform rack-and-stack of servers, network equipment, and related hardware Assist with cable management (power and network) to maintain clean and organized racks Conduct routine hardware checks and visual inspections Support asset tracking, labeling, and inventory updates Follow established safety, security, and change-management procedures Build Technician / Hardware Support Assemble, configure, and stage servers and related hardware components on Mac devices Install and replace hardware components (e.g., drives, memory, power supplies) Perform basic hardware diagnostics and troubleshooting Prepare systems for deployment, decommissioning, or return (including wiping and packaging) Document build steps and issues according to internal standards Required Qualifications Experience with computer hardware (Mac OS), servers, or IT infrastructure (professional, academic, or lab-based) Previous experience working in a physical data center environment Ability to lift and move equipment (up to ~40-50 lbs) Strong attention to detail and ability to follow documented procedures Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently once trained Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in a data center, IT operations, or hardware build role Familiarity with server components, rack systems, and structured cabling What We Offer Flexible part-time schedule or full time-schedule Hands-on experience with enterprise infrastructure Opportunity to grow technical and operational skills Supportive team environment
Pay:
