Database Analyst Lemoore, CA $60,000 — $80,000 Posted 3 weeks ago Lemoore, CA 93245, USA Database Analyst Onsite | No sponsorship | Full time | $60,000-80,000 About the Opportunity We are seeking a detail-oriented Database Analyst to support the day-to-day operations of a dynamic Database and Marketing team. This role is responsible for campaign execution, database reporting, customer segmentation, performance analysis, and process automation. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience working with marketing databases, and a passion for driving data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities Support the preparation, execution, and implementation of direct mail and email marketing campaigns. Develop, analyze, and distribute reports that provide actionable insights to support business decisions. Perform ad hoc reporting and analysis for management and cross-functional teams. Analyze historical and current campaign performance and provide recommendations to improve results. Enhance departmental efficiency through automation, including macros and other process improvements. Create and manage customer segmentation groups for marketing campaigns and promotions. Configure and maintain promotional offers and coupon campaigns, ensuring proper tracking and redemption capabilities. Compile, validate, and prepare data files for email marketing platforms and external print vendors. Set up promotional transactions, including automated account loading for player rewards and incentive programs. Support the creation of special customer groups for promotional events and VIP experiences. Respond to inquiries regarding campaign eligibility, communication status, and customer records. Maintain accurate documentation and records within database systems. Collaborate effectively with internal departments and external partners to ensure successful campaign execution. Communicate operational issues and escalations to leadership in a timely manner. Ensure compliance with all applicable safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures. Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned. Qualifications Required Skills & Experience Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and present data effectively. Experience creating reports and performing data analysis to support business initiatives. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word. Knowledge of SQL queries and database management concepts. Experience creating macros and automating business processes. Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field. Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered. Three or more years of experience in casino operations, gaming, hospitality marketing, loyalty programs, or a similar customer-focused environment. Experience with player-tracking, CRM, campaign management, or marketing database platforms. #LI-EM1 #
