- Participate in development activities for the PeopleSoft HCM ERP system, including, but not limited to, the areas of Payroll for North America, Time and Labor and Absence Management.
- Advanced experience designing and developing solutions for PeopleSoft HCM applications
- Workforce Administration, Talent Acquisition Management, and ePerformance modules, including deep experience and understanding of the PeopleSoft HCM data model. Strong Application Engine and SQL skills. Hands on experience with some or all of the following
- Fluid technology, Tile, Related content, Event mapping and page field configurator Demonstrated ability to understand functional needs and how systems can support those needs.
