The ideal candidate has hands-on experience designing, deploying, operating, and optimizing distributed storage systems supporting large AI/GPU clusters. Responsibilities Design, deploy, configure, and maintain distributed storage infrastructure Support storage environments for large-scale AI/GPU computing clusters Monitor storage performance, capacity, availability, and reliability Troubleshoot storage performance and availability issues Optimize storage architecture, performance, throughput, and latency Support storage expansion, migration, upgrades, and maintenance Develop storage monitoring and operational procedures Perform system troubleshooting and root-cause analysis Work closely with network, compute, and infrastructure engineering teams Maintain technical documentation and system configuration records Support capacity planning and infrastructure scaling Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in storage engineering or infrastructure engineering Hands-on experience with distributed storage systems Experience operating storage infrastructure in large-scale environments Strong understanding of Linux and storage technologies Understanding of storage networking, performance, redundancy, and data protection Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to analyze storage performance and identify bottlenecks Preferred Qualifications Experience with Ceph, Lustre, GlusterFS, BeeGFS, MinIO, or similar distributed storage technologies Experience supporting AI/GPU or HPC clusters Experience with NVMe, NVMe-oF, SSD, high-performance storage, or parallel file systems Experience with large-scale distributed storage deployment and optimization Experience with storage automation and monitoring Mandarin Chinese language skills are preferred Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to pushing the boundaries of technology infrastructure!
