This is an onsite role and is open to local candidates only. We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce CPQ Technical Lead with deep, hands-on expertise in Salesforce CPQ and a strong understanding of end-to-end CPQ processes. The ideal candidate will have experience leading complex CPQ initiatives from requirements and solution design through configuration, testing, deployment, and production support. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end Salesforce CPQ implementations, enhancements, and optimization initiatives. Translate business requirements into scalable functional and technical CPQ solutions. Design and configure products, bundles, product rules, pricing rules, discounting, approvals, quoting, and related CPQ processes. Work closely with business, product, sales, finance, and engineering teams to define and deliver CPQ solutions. Lead requirements gathering, solution design, UAT, deployment, go-live, and post-production support. Analyze complex CPQ requirements and provide practical, scalable solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve complex CPQ issues and support continuous improvement. Coordinate with distributed engineering and delivery teams to ensure quality and timely execution. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to CPQ development and support resources. Maintain CPQ documentation, standards, best practices, and operational processes. Required Qualifications 8+ years of Salesforce experience, with significant hands-on Salesforce CPQ experience. Deep functional and technical knowledge of Salesforce CPQ and its end-to-end capabilities. Proven experience delivering end-to-end CPQ implementations, from requirements and solution design through configuration, UAT, deployment, and production support. Strong understanding of the complete CPQ lifecycle, including product/catalog setup, configuration, pricing, quoting, approvals, contracting, amendments, renewals, and downstream processes. Hands-on expertise with product configuration, bundles, product rules, price rules, discounting, pricing methods, approval processes, and quote generation. Ability to independently design, configure, troubleshoot, and optimize complex CPQ solutions. Strong understanding of Lead-to-Cash / Quote-to-Cash processes. Experience working with cross-functional business and technical teams. Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Experience working with distributed/onshore-offshore engineering and delivery teams. Salesforce CPQ Specialist certification is a plus.
