• Perform data center server break-fix work, including hardware inspection, troubleshooting, replacement, and repair.
• Troubleshoot server hardware issues using logical methods such as cross-checking, component isolation, and minimum-configuration testing.
• Follow SOPs and data center procedures strictly during all repair and maintenance activities.
• Comply with all data center safety rules, customer requirements, and site red-line policies.
• Provide timely updates on repair status, issues found, and work progress.
• Support basic network cabling, server delivery, equipment movement, and installation tasks as needed. Qualifications
• Basic knowledge of computer and server hardware, including motherboard, CPU, memory, storage, power supply, and related components.
• Strong logical thinking and troubleshooting skills.
• Good hands-on ability and attention to detail.
• Able to follow SOPs and established procedures strictly.
• Good communication skills and ability to provide clear and timely feedback.
• Strong sense of responsibility, safety awareness, and discipline in a data center environment.
• Primary focus: Server hardware break-fix and troubleshooting. Network cabling and server delivery are supporting responsibilities.
• Speaking Chinese Mandarin is preferred.
