Available Positions and Shifts Engineer I, Swing Shift:
Tuesday through Saturday, 2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.
Pay:
$34.00 to $40.00 per hour.
Engineer II, Swing Shift:
Tuesday through Saturday, 2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.
Pay:
$34.50 to $40.00 per hour.
Engineer II, Night Shift:
Tuesday through Saturday, 10:00 p.m. to 6:30 a.m.
Pay:
$38.00 to $43.00 per hour. Job Summary We are hiring Data Center Critical Operations Engineers at the I and II levels for swing and night shift openings. These positions operate, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, cooling, and fire and life safety systems to support reliable data center operations. Engineers respond to equipment issues, support customer infrastructure projects, and coordinate with technicians, vendors, and customers. Engineer II positions also assess how connected facility systems affect one another and provide technical guidance to team members. Job Responsibilities Operate, monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot critical facility systems to support data center uptime and reliability. Respond to system alerts and equipment issues using established operating procedures. Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, cooling, and fire and life safety equipment. Support customer infrastructure projects and coordinate work with technicians, vendors, and customers. Document completed work and communicate equipment status and operational concerns. Follow safety standards and identify opportunities to improve procedures and system performance. For Engineer II positions, assess system interdependencies and the operational impact of planned work or equipment issues. For Engineer II positions, provide technical guidance, mentorship, and on the job training. Job Requirements Experience operating, maintaining, or troubleshooting electrical or mechanical systems in a data center, critical facility, or similar environment. Working knowledge of cooling systems and facility safety procedures. Ability to troubleshoot equipment issues and communicate findings clearly. Ability to follow established procedures and coordinate with team members, vendors, and customers. Availability to work the schedule for the selected position. Engineer II candidates must understand how connected facility systems affect one another and be able to provide technical guidance to others. Additional Compensation and Benefits Eligible for an annual bonus and equity based on individual and company performance.
