We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced PL/SQL Developer with over 10 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Alpharetta, GA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in database development and a passion for creating efficient and scalable solutions. You will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining PL/SQL applications that support our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement PL/SQL code for various applications and systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Optimize existing PL/SQL code for performance and scalability. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues in a timely manner. Maintain documentation of database designs, processes, and procedures. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in PL/SQL development.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in PL/SQL development and database management. Strong proficiency in Oracle databases and SQL. Experience with performance tuning and optimization of PL/SQL code. Familiarity with database design principles and data modeling. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Experience:
Experience with other programming languages such as Java or Python is a plus. Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

Certifications and Tools Required:

Pay:
$49.71 - $55.50 per hour
