Infrastructure Services is part of IS&T and the foundation of Apple's global network operations
- managing data center equipment and systems to deliver compute, storage, and networking services for teams across Apple, including its internal developer community.
- Partner with peers to identify inefficiencies and recommend changes to site policies and procedures that strengthen standard methodologies and support long-term operational growth. Lead daily execution with precision
- Plan and prioritize daily work assignments to maximize workflow accuracy and productivity across the data center. Coordinate cross-functionally
- Work closely with other departments and vendors to ensure smooth, efficient operations and proactively flag risks before they become problems. Own key processes as a subject matter expert
- Help define, build, and refine core logistics and warehouse workflows, with an eye toward scalability as the operation grows. Maintain rigorous documentation and accuracy standards
- Track and document activity across the data center, ensuring every record is complete, accurate, and audit-ready. Uphold quality and compliance
- Examine materials, equipment, and processes to meet local, company, and legal requirements, catching discrepancies before they become issues. Champion operational excellence and safety
- Drive best practices across warehouse management systems, safety protocols, space layout, and general organization (5S) to maintain a clean, safe, and high-performing environment.
