About the role:
We're looking for a Project Engineer- Data Center on behalf of our client. This is a 1-year contract assignment.(W-2) You will be joining the Engineering & Construction (E&C) division to support data center power projects. You will make decisions and recommendations having impact on major engineering and related project activities. The employee in this position expects to resolve complex technical issues and coordinate internal and external engineering support to deliver projects. You will report to the Engineering Lead of Data Center Project Engineering.Location:
Juno Beach, FL 33408Key Responsibilities:
- You will manage all technical aspects of projects from due diligence through project completion.
- Responsibilities include supporting team members, managing external engineering resources and deliverables, coordinating internal engineering resources and SME support, and providing technical leadership throughout project execution.
- You will work with diverse teams to support standardized, high-quality, and project delivery.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering is required (e.g. electrical, mechanical, civil, or related discipline).
- 8+ years of experience.
- Engineering and project management experience supporting infrastructure, power, or mission-critical projects is preferred.
- Data center or power delivery background is preferred.
- Experience managing internal and external engineering resources on projects.
