This is a high-impact opportunity for a systems-savvy data professional with strong education-sector experience. This role will serve as the lead administrator and subject matter expert for the organization's Blackbaud environment, supporting critical functions across Admissions, Advancement, Business Office, Academic Leadership, and IT. Key Responsibilities Blackbaud Ownership & Administration Lead administration of Blackbaud SIS, LMS, Raiser's Edge NXT, and associated APIs/integration tools Manage system configuration, permissions, security roles, workflows, forms, portals, and constituent records Oversee annual rollover processes, academic year setup, grading periods, transcripts, report cards, and schedule imports Partner cross-functionally with internal departments to optimize system functionality and align with organizational needs Integrations, Automation & Systems Connectivity Build or maintain scripts, automation tools, and middleware to improve reliability and reduce manual effort Monitor and resolve integration failures while maintaining documentation Reporting, Analytics & Internal Tool Development Create dashboards, reports, data extracts, and reusable reporting tools Support leadership and departmental teams with strategic reporting and operational insights Translate business needs into practical system solutions and data outputs Provide day-to-day user support, troubleshooting, and system training Develop documentation, training guides, and knowledge resources Communicate process updates and support ongoing system adoption Required Qualifications 5+ years of hands-on Blackbaud administration experience within K-12, higher education, nonprofit, or advancement environments Strong experience with Blackbaud SIS/LMS, Enrollment Management, Financial Aid, and/or Raiser's Edge NXT Deep understanding of relational databases, data structures, field mapping, and governance Experience with integrations, APIs, scripting, and automation tools Advanced Excel, reporting, and analytical skills Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Proven ability to manage multiple priorities independently while maintaining confidentiality Ideal Background Registrar, Student Information Systems, or Education Data Administration experience Independent school, higher education, or advancement operations preferred Experience improving workflows and building scalable administrative systems This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly organized, technically skilled, and community oriented individual! #RJADM45
