telecommunications transition effort. This role is a data-accuracy and reconciliation function first, reporting second: you'll be the person the whole program trusts to know what's actually true about ~35,000 DoD telecom services, and where every site stands in the transition.

Key Responsibilities:

????? Own the master transition inventory database

• reconciling ~35,000 services against multiple authoritative government and vendor data sources ???? Resolve discrepancies
• working directly with agency points of contact to confirm the inventory of record ???? Maintain the operational tracking database
• status of every site across the transition lifecycle, with reporting by agency, site, and order ???? Deliver recurring status reporting
• daily, weekly, and cumulative reports for program leadership ?

??? Coordinate with

DITCO, GSA, EIS

contractors, and DoD agencies to keep data current throughout a multi-year effort What you bring: ???? Bachelor's degree (information systems, data management, computer science, or related)

• or equivalent experience ?

??? 7+ years in data or database management, ideally in telecom inventory, billing reconciliation, or asset tracking ???? Experience reconciling large, multi-source datasets (hundreds of thousands of records) for accuracy and completeness ???? Proficiency with relational databases and reporting tools (SQL, Excel/Power Query, or similar) ???????? U.S. citizenship required; ability to obtain a Tier 1 (T1/NACI) investigation Nice to have: ? Direct experience with GSA E-Morris, TIBI, TBI, DITCO Online, TCOSS, DISA Storefront, or WWOLS ? Prior work on a
