Job Description

Requirements:
Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems/IT, any Engineering or related fields and minimum 1 year demonstrated experience in configuring or administrating databases using atleast 5 of the following tools required: GoldenGate, Oracle 11g, PL/SQL, OEM, DevOps, JIRA, Linux, Shell Scripting. Travel and/or relocation to unanticipated locations in U.S. required.
Job Description:
Administer, configure, install, maintain, test and implement databases and database applications. Perform database backup and recovery procedures. Ensure database security, stability and security. Implement change requests, updates and modifications to databases. Monitor and plan database capacity and for future growth, create scripts, migrate databases, convert data, configure and install new database hardware, monitor user access, performance tune and troubleshoot databases, correct errors, provide Tier 3/4 support for production and test environments, train end users, etc.
