  • 25 per hour Join Our Team at Healing Haven! Part-time Availability
  • Shifts available Monday, Wednesday and Friday between 8:30AM-12PM, and Tuesday and Thursday between 8:30AM-5PM.
Healing Haven is a state-of-the-art behavioral clinic serving children with autism and their families. Our Farmington Hills campus features a renovated school clinic designed for children up to age 8, with large classrooms, therapy rooms, and outdoor play areas. We treat the family as a whole, often including siblings and parents in therapy. Services include a 3-month parent training clinic, speech therapy, occupational therapy, autism diagnostic testing and assessment, and daytime center-based programs.

1:1 ABA Therapy Parent Training Programs Speech & Occupational Therapy Counseling Autism Testing & Assessments We are seeking energetic, dependable individuals to provide one-on-one ABA therapy that helps children improve communication, social, play, and daily living skills. Comprehensive training is provided, and Behavior Technicians receive consistent on-site supervision from a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Position:
Non-Exempt Key Responsibilities Implementing individualized behavior analysis programming during one-on-one (1:1) therapy sessions and, when clinically appropriate, two-on-one (2:1) therapy sessions as set forth by a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) Teach communication, social, motor, play, and daily living (ADL) skills Maintain a structured, engaging therapy environment Build strong, professional relationships with clients and families Collect data and document progress Collaborate with Speech and Occupational Therapy teams Maintain RBT certification and QBS Safety-Care training Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree preferred, not required Professional references Reliable transportation and clean criminal history Ability to walk, run, lift, squat, bend, and push/pull up to 30 lbs as needed Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams Healing Haven is an equal opportunity employer.
