Overview Join our dynamic team as a Salesforce Junior Administrator and become a vital part of our innovative IT environment! In this role, you will support the administration and configuration of Salesforce platforms, ensuring seamless integration with our broader IT infrastructure. Duties Assist in managing Salesforce environments, including user setup, permissions, and security configurations to ensure data integrity and compliance. Support the integration of Salesforce with other enterprise systems using APIs. Contribute to system design improvements by analyzing current workflows and recommending scalable solutions aligned with service-oriented architecture principles. Maintain documentation for system configurations, updates, and procedures following SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) best practices. Support deployment of updates and new features through CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, Git, and Azure DevOps. Experience Basic understanding of system administration tasks with an emphasis on Customer Relationship Management software Knowledge of database management systems. Experience working within Agile methodologies and SDLC frameworks to deliver reliable system solutions efficiently. Demonstrated interest or experience in systems engineering disciplines involving operating systems (Windows/Linux), virtualization (VMware/ESXi), and information security protocols.
