Check out some of our amazing technology here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vXOsvWpTHH4 We're looking for a Salesforce Administrator to provide end user support, general administration of the Salesforce org including break/fix, manage user access and enhancement cases. Assists when needed on User Training and Reports & Dashboards.

What You'll Do:

Act as the primary Salesforce administrator for end-user support. Responsible for understanding the data structure and data content within Salesforce for extraction, analysis, and compilation of this information into reports or dashboards as requested by management including training of end users to be self-sufficient in these areas. Develops automated techniques to extract information and other records within system for reporting purposes. Responsible for Salesforce system documentation, knowledge articles and procedures. Responsible for identifying needed improvements to Salesforce processes or functionality and working with Salesforce team to implement ongoing improvements which may involve interfacing external vendors, consultants, and system integrators. Responsible for developing, testing and launching new modified functionality in UAT and DEV environments. Actively manage assigned projects to ensure implementation of project plans and define the scope and metrics for new projects. Manage the workflow and communication among team members and report on project status serving as the primary contact person. Manage data clean-up audits and procedures and handles mass updates of data as requested, including account, contact and opportunity ownership changes as sales assignments change. Maintain platform health and minimize technical debt by regularly auditing, consolidating, and optimizing custom fields, automations, and configurations, alongside executing routine system data backup. Other duties as assigned.

What You Bring:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent 3-5 years relevant CRM experience Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator Certification Implemented Basic third-party AppExchange Apps (examples GeoPointe, Gearset, Internet Creations, Outlook) experience Ability for expected travel averaging 5-10%, domestic and international Best in

Compensation Information:

$75,000 - $125,000 Annual Salary, commensurate with experience and qualifications. ITW is an equal opportunity employer.
