Job Description
US-Nationwide-FIELD Full time 20185204 The Technical Lead (Salesforce) is a senior individual contributor responsible for technical execution quality and engineering enablement for Sonexus Salesforce solutions, with primary focus on ConnectSource and Marketing Cloud. This role provides deep technical leadership, Salesforce architecture awareness, and bridges engineering teams with business and delivery stakeholders by translating business intent into sound Salesforce designs and implementation decisions. The Technical Lead owns technical standards, code/configuration quality, design integrity, and technical risk mitigation, partnering closely with Solution Owners, Product, and cross‑functional teams to ensure Salesforce solutions are built and operated reliably through disciplined SDLC practices. The Technical Lead is in place to ensure how we build is consistent, secure, scalable, and reliable—reducing technical ambiguity, improving engineering execution, and minimizing rework and production risk through disciplined technical leadership and enablement. Within Sonexus, Software Engineering plays a critical role in enabling Patient Access and Support Services through reliable technology platforms that support patient journeys, program operations, and client engagements.

- + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience preferred + 8+ years of hands‑on application development experience (custom and/or enterprise platforms) preferred + Strong Salesforce technical experience (configuration + integration + SDLC delivery) + Demonstrated ability to lead complex technical initiatives and resolve production issues effectively + Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and enterprise CRM integrations preferred + Experience with build/run operational practices, security controls, and regulated environments preferred + Experience producing reusable Salesforce patterns, standards, and technical roadmaps preferred •_What is expected of you and others at this level_•+ Applies advanced knowledge and understanding of concepts, principles, and technical capabilities to manage a wide variety of projects + Participates in the development of policies and procedures to achieve specific goals + Recommends new practices, processes, metrics, or models + Works on or may lead complex projects of large scope + Projects may have significant and long-term impact + Provides solutions which may set precedent + Independently determines method for completion of new projects + Receives guidance on overall project objectives + Acts as a mentor to less experienced colleagues Anticipated salary range: $123,400 - $176, 300 Bonus eligible:
