Bonus based on performance Competitive salary Dental insurance Health insurance Vision insurance About the Role Support Data Center Managers in maintaining critical facility operations — electrical, mechanical, and environmental systems — to meet our company data center standards and a 99.99% uptime objective. Key Responsibilities Manage MEP systems supporting the data center: HVAC, UPS, ATS, and generators Build, maintain, and monitor infrastructure using Vertiv SiteScan and/or APC Data Center Expert/IT Advisor Support IT floor space, cabinet power, and U-space management Oversee vendor-performed maintenance and equipment improvements Ensure Change Management and incident ticketing processes are followed Maintain data center inventory documentation Enforce physical access, safety, and security protocols Required Qualifications BS in Electrical Engineering (or 10 years relevant experience), with
MEP/HVAC
exposure 3-5 years managing APC DCE/ITA and Vertiv SiteScan environments (required) Strong understanding of HVAC, UPS, ATS, and generator functions/alarming (required) 3+ years in an administrative/systems capacity Experience with incident ticketing and change management tools Strong communication skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) Collaborative, detail-oriented, and process-driven mindset Preferred Qualifications Experience overseeing vendor-led electrical/mechanical projects Familiarity with servers, storage, and networking (Nutanix, HP, VMware, Cisco) Bilingual — English/Spanish
