Quad is seeking a Distribution Technician to support reliable, secure delivery of digital and print marketing assets. In this role, you'll prepare, stage and route files and data for distribution through automated systems, manage queues, monitor jobs, and troubleshoot issues that impact on-time delivery. You'll work closely with operations, technology and client teams to meet SLAs, maintain data integrity, and follow strict quality and safety standards. The position also supports continuous improvement by documenting processes, identifying bottlenecks, and suggesting workflow or tool enhancements in a fast-paced, tech-enabled environment.
