Duration:
3 Months Contract to
Hire Location:
Palisades, NY 10964
Pay Rate:
$58/hr
Shift:
Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00
PM Key Requirements:
3-5 years of Data Center experience 2-5 years of QA/QC experience Strong understanding of MEP systems and commissioning processes Experience with QA/QC platforms such as Procore, Cx Alloy, or Facilities Grid OSHA-30 Certification required (or within 30 days) Experience with: MOP development Equipment startup & energization NETA testing documentation TAB processes Construction drawings/submittal review Vendor & subcontractor coordination Field inspections & punch list management Ability to travel 50-75%
Preferred Qualifications:
NFPA-70E
Certification USACE Certification Experience supporting high-profile data center clients
Responsibilities:
Review MEP drawings, specifications, and submittals Perform QA/QC inspections throughout commissioning phases Track QA/QC documentation and test reports Support equipment inspections and L3 energization activities Manage observations/issues in QA/QC software platforms Coordinate with subcontractors/vendors to ensure quality compliance
