Job Description:
ITS Enterprise Application Services ( EAS ) is seeking a PeopleSoft Application Developer to join its technical team. EAS supports core University operations through PeopleSoft Campus Solutions (CS), HCM , Financials/Supply Chain Management ( FIN ), the Integration Hub (MySlice portal), and a growing portfolio of integrated solutions. What you'll do: Design, develop, test, and deploy application updates, enhancements, and modifications across all PeopleSoft pillars. Working closely with both technical and functional colleagues, you'll help deliver system enhancements, support new module implementations, and provide ongoing support for HCM , CS, and FIN functional areas. Responsibilities include PUM image reviews and bundle applications, redevelopment activities, and PeopleTools and application upgrades. What you'll bring: Proficiency in Application Designer, Application Engine, PeopleCode, Component Interfaces, Application Packages, PFC , SQR , Integration Broker, SQL , and Oracle databases.
Beyond the toolkit:
Experience with Fluid UI, PUM compare/merge resolution, data integration patterns (file-based, web services, RESTful APIs), and reporting tools (PS Query, BI Publisher, nVision, Tableau, Power BI) is a plus. Familiarity with Oracle Cloud environments and version control practices is expected. We're also looking for someone with strong analytical ability, clear communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences, and sound judgment in prioritizing concurrent work. A collaborative mindset, commitment to documentation and mentoring, and genuine interest in PeopleSoft and higher education technology trends will distinguish the strongest candidates.
