Position Summary We are a leading provider of cutting-edge data center solutions, committed to delivering high-performance, secure, and efficient data center services. As a Data Center Operations Intern, you will be a vital part of our team, gaining hands-on experience in the management and maintenance of our data center facilities. This internship provides a valuable opportunity to develop practical skills in data center operations, network monitoring, and facility management.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in
Data Center Operations:
Monitor and maintain critical infrastructure systems, including cooling systems, power distribution, and environmental controls.

Support in troubleshooting and resolving operational issues related to network and server equipment.

Participate in scheduled maintenance and updates, following established procedures.

Assist in conducting regular audits of data center assets and inventory.
Network Monitoring and Maintenance:
Monitor network performance and respond to alerts in a timely manner.

Help maintain network security protocols, including monitoring access logs and enforcing security policies.

Support network testing, ensuring system integrity and availability.
Facility Management Support:
Assist in data center cleanliness, organization, and safety protocols.

Support the documentation and updating of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and other relevant documentation.

Participate in the maintenance of fire suppression, HVAC, and other critical systems within the facility.
Collaboration and Learning:
Work closely with data center operations staff to learn best practices and operational procedures.

Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance knowledge of data center management and operations.

Contribute to special projects as assigned, including data analysis and process improvement initiatives.
