Job Summary:

We support our client's critical infrastructure needs by ensuring the highest standards of quality and operational excellence within their data center environment. Our team plays a vital role in commissioning, documentation audits, and technical coordination to drive successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities:

Attend daily QA/QC meetings and collaborate with project stakeholders on scheduling inspections and testing. Review, upload, and manage QA/QC documentation and testing records from third-party testers in designated platforms. Perform audits and random checks on equipment, coordinate with subcontractors, and oversee timely issue resolution. Support commissioning activities, documentation, and organization related to data center operations and maintenance.

Required:

0-2 years of experience in an administrative or operational support capacity. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on Excel and Outlook. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work independently or collaboratively within a technical environment.
