We are seeking a skilled professional to apply solution design and support in meeting customer needs. Our team leverages technical knowledge and industry experience to develop infrastructure technology solutions, aiming to align software and hardware projects with overarching business strategies.

Responsibilities:

Develop software components and hardware, ensuring alignment with business strategies and objectives. Independently solve common problems and update applications with new technology. Collaborate with engineers, architects, developers, and other staff to meet project objectives. Analyze technological needs of customers, providing ongoing support and solutions.

Required:

3-6 years of experience with direct involvement in physical data center operations, including rack-and-stack, structured copper and fiber cabling, hardware break-fix, and asset management. Solid understanding of data center power, cooling, and physical security controls. Experience using standard tooling such as ServiceNow, Jira, CMDB, and DCIM systems. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with an emphasis on documentation and accountability.
