This position reports to:
Director, Data Center Services Center of Excellence __ In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide administrative and onboarding support to our growing U.S. Data Center Services (DCS) business. Each day, you will engage with both internal and external stakeholders to meet business needs. You will also showcase your expertise by driving efficient support services as our team continues to scale. The work model for the role is: Remote in the US This role is contributing to the Data Center Center of Excellence (CoE) within our U.S. Electrification Service division. You will be mainly accountable for: Onboarding and offboarding Surge (temp-to-hire) resources in various systems such as Workday HRIS. Reviewing, validating, and approving Surge resource timecards on a weekly basis. Assisting with review and approval of Surge related invoices through our third party partners. Managing training requirements through our LMS, including OSHA compliance. Supporting PPE and other tools ordering process. Performing other administrative tasks with a focus on high quality to ensure business needs are met timely. Our team dynamics You will join a dynamic and high performing team, where you will be able to thrive within our Electrification Service division. Qualifications for the role High school diploma or GED required. Combination of higher education and relevant work experience highly preferred. 3+ years of administrative support experience, including invoicing. 1+ year of new hire onboarding. Current experience with Microsoft Office Suites, including Excel, Outlook, and Word. Microsoft Project Planner a plus. Strong written and verbal communication skills required. Ability to work across all U.S. based time zones as needed. Candidates must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US. Why ABB?
