Job Description
Job Summary IT Operations Coordination - 50%
- Assist with creating efficiencies in IT operation processes.
- Performing administrative tasks that are key to delivery of IT initiatives and services such as o Asset Management. o Quarterly User account audit o Procurement o Other tasks as assigned.
- Assist with IT projects as needed. Salesforce Associate-50% of responsibilities - may increase as the organization grows.
- Provide technical support to users via phone, email, and chat.
- Perform simple Salesforce administrative tasks such as o Create and maintain user accounts. o Create user profiles and permission sets. o Create reports, forms, queries for users.
- Troubleshoot and resolve user issues related to Salesforce CRM
- Document and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team.
- Maintain and update knowledge base articles and user guides.
- Train new users on Salesforce CRM
- Participate in Salesforce CRM upgrades and migrations.
- Stay up to date on the latest Salesforce CRM features and functionality.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Great attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Intermediate skill level in Excel (formulas, lookup tables, etc.)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- A proven knowledge of database principles; familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
