_INDEED A local employment company is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to work with their project team to build automated solutions through flows and other features. As a Salesforce Administrator, you will need to be solution-oriented and able to understand operational processes and how they play into the organization's bigger picture. You will be expected to build, configure, and automate technology solutions to deliver business value. We are looking for someone we can invest in and grow into an expert in our Salesforce configuration. This is a hybrid position starting in-office during the training period with the opportunity to work from home once you're up to speed with the team. Hours Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm Location Honolulu, Oahu Pay $60,000 to $90,000 a year, Based on Experience Responsibilities Serve as the primary system administrator for the Salesforce environment. Manage and own relationships with cross-functional teams and vendors to develop product strategy and drive desired outcomes. Partner with internal business stakeholders to create reports and dashboards. Respond to Salesforce user requests and assist with developing solutions to address business needs. Perform frequent data quality checks to ensure Salesforce data is accurate. Make recommendations on improving existing business processes using Salesforce. Maintain regularly circulated reports and dashboards and ensure data quality of all supporting data. Assist in training new users and growing the Salesforce skill set across the organization. Work with third-party vendors for integration of new features. Manage and resolve support ticket submissions. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Certified Salesforce Administrator (ADM201). Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality with the ability to build custom objects, formula fields, workflows, views, and other task with intermediate complexity. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator. Certified Advanced Administrator. Certified Platform App Builder. Knowledge of Experience Cloud. Documented history of successfully driving projects to completion. Strong data management abilities.
