Job Description:

This role partners with stakeholders across the organization to gather requirements, drive Salesforce process improvements, and translate technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical audiences. Job Summary

Gather business requirements and partner with stakeholders to improve Salesforce processes across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
Translate technical concepts into business-friendly language and deliver compelling presentations to non-technical audiences
Pull and analyze data using SQL to support reporting and business initiatives
Collaborate closely with a small, high-performing Salesforce team across multiple business groups
Adapt quickly to shifting business priorities driven by market and organizational changes
Build deep knowledge of the business within the first three months and become a trusted stakeholder partner
Support future initiatives involving CPQ and Salesforce Agentforce/AI as those projects evolve

Minimum Requirements:

3 years of Salesforce Business Analyst experience
Strong hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
Demonstrated ability to gather requirements and work directly with business stakeholders
Working knowledge of SQL for reporting and data querying
At least one Salesforce certification (Administrator, Business Analyst, or similar)
Strong communication, presentation, and storytelling skills for non-technical audiences
Highly adaptable, collaborative, and open to feedback with a self-starter mindset

Preferred Qualifications:

Salesforce CPQ exposure
Experience with Salesforce Agentforce or other AI-related initiatives
Prior experience on small, agile Salesforce teams
