Job Summary As the Deal Desk Specialist at AMAROK, you will support an efficient and accurate sales cycle by leveraging expertise in Salesforce and Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) processes to facilitate deal execution and maintain CRM data integrity. This role partners closely with Sales to translate complex customer solutions into Salesforce and CPQ, provide system and process guidance, and support deal reviews and approvals. This individual will also collaborate cross-functionally to identify and resolve agreement concerns prior to contract execution while incorporating sales team feedback to continuously improve CPQ processes and the overall user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide Salesforce and CPQ user support and translate complex solution requirements into accurate, scalable system configurations. Serve as a delegated approver for designated director-level requests and deal processing, helping ensure compliance while keeping deals moving efficiently. Gather feedback from Sales and translate user needs, process gaps, and pain points into actionable requirements for CRM improvements and system enhancements. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Sales Enablement, Accounting, Legal, Installation, and other teams to identify and resolve agreement or deal-related concerns prior to contract execution. Maintain accurate and complete CRM data to support reliable pipeline management, reporting, and business decision-making. Support ongoing Salesforce and CPQ enhancements by incorporating sales team feedback and identifying opportunities to improve quoting processes, system usability, and overall sales efficiency. Adaptability and the ability to respond effectively to changing priorities, business needs, and project scope. Demonstrated accountability, professionalism, and ownership, with the ability to follow responsibilities and assignments through completion.
