Job Description

Salesforce Administrator The Salesforce Administrator ensures the reliability, security, and performance of enterprise and end-user systems. This role focuses on maintaining standardized configurations, monitoring system health, and implementing proactive measures to support business continuity and operational efficiency. What you'll do System Administration Maintain and update enterprise and end-user systems to ensure security, compliance, and operational efficiency. Document configurations and changes for consistency and audit readiness. Manage core services and protocols , including access controls and encryption. Performance Monitoring & Optimization Monitor system performance and availability using standardized processes. Identify and mitigate potential issues to prevent disruptions. Recommend improvements to enhance scalability and reliability. Operational Support & Governance Coordinate support activities to ensure timely resolution of technical issues. Align system administration practices with organizational standards and security requirements. Provide insights and recommendations for process and technology improvements. What you'll need Associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience 1-3 years of experience in system administration or technical infrastructure roles Strong understanding of system administration principles and best practices. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently. Familiarity with monitoring, diagnostic, and security tools (tool-agnostic).
