Full-Time | Direct Hire | On-Site The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced ICT / Low-Voltage QA/QC Specialist for a permanent, direct-hire position supporting a major data center construction project in Spartanburg, South Carolina. This is a field-focused quality role for someone who truly understands structured cabling, fiber and copper infrastructure, CCTV/security systems, cable tray and telecommunications pathways. We are not looking for someone who simply completes inspection forms. We need an experienced professional who can walk the site, recognize quality issues, understand why an installation does not meet requirements, and work with field teams to drive corrective action. What You'll Do Perform field QA/QC inspections of ICT and low-voltage installations Inspect fiber and copper structured cabling for quality and workmanship Inspect CCTV/security-camera infrastructure and associated cabling Inspect basket tray, cable tray and telecommunications pathways Verify installations against drawings, specifications and project requirements Inspect cable routing, labeling, terminations, supports and cable management Identify deficiencies and develop clear punch-list and quality items Work with project managers, superintendents, foremen and field crews to resolve quality issues Verify corrective work has been completed properly Review fiber and copper testing and supporting quality documentation Participate in field walkdowns, acceptance inspections and turnover activities Proactively identify recurring quality issues and help prevent them What We're Looking For Strong background in ICT, telecommunications, structured cabling or commercial low voltage Experience with fiber and copper structured cabling Experience with CCTV/security-camera systems Knowledge of basket tray, cable tray and telecommunications pathways Previous QA/QC, field inspection, commissioning, foreman or similar field-quality experience Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Strong understanding of installation standards, workmanship and field quality Ability to independently identify problems and drive corrective action Strong communication and documentation skills Comfortable working independently on an active data center construction site Highly Preferred Data center or mission-critical construction experience BICSI Technician or Installer certification Knowledge of
