What You'll Do - You'll Make the Moment Works with Salesforce users to understand system needs Builds and supports objects, workflows, reports, dashboards Supports integrations and data exchange Requirement gathering and translating into solutions Data quality improvements and automation Monitor and improve user adoption Sandbox environment management and testing Data cleanup and maintenance Automation and flow troubleshooting and maintenance User profile management End-user support and training Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, business, or related field or equivalent work experience in information services. Preferred 2 years of experience in Salesforce administration Certified Salesforce Administrator Certified Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Advanced Administrator or other additional certification are not required but are preferable Focus on You We're all about making sure you're taken care of too.
