Job Description

Responsibilities Install, rack, and deploy server and networking hardware in datacenter environments. Perform cable management tasks including reseating, labeling, and replacing network, power, and fiber/copper cabling. Execute server tray swaps and hardware replacements following established operational procedures. Respond to incidents and support onsite troubleshooting while maintaining aggressive SLA requirements. Document maintenance activities, hardware changes, and inventory updates accurately in tracking systems. Conduct visual inspections and basic diagnostics to identify potential hardware or connectivity issues. Work within rotating shifts or hold on-call responsibilities to support 24/7 operations. Maintain positive and collaborative working relationships with customers, vendors, partner teams, and internal stakeholders.
Pay:
$24.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
