Contract / Contract-to-Hire Job Description We are looking for experienced Salesforce Administrators who are currently on bench or immediately available for upcoming U.S. project opportunities. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Salesforce administration, configuration, user management, automation, reporting, and CRM support. Responsibilities Manage and configure Salesforce CRM applications. Create and maintain Flows, Workflows, Validation Rules, Reports, and Dashboards . Manage users, roles, profiles, permission sets, and security. Support Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud environments. Perform data management, troubleshooting, testing, and deployments. Work with business teams to gather requirements and provide Salesforce solutions. Requirements 4+ years of Salesforce Administration experience. Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration and CRM functionality. Experience with Sales Cloud / Service Cloud . Salesforce Administrator certification preferred. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Bench / immediate availability strongly preferred.
