In this role, you'll serve as a critical bridge between business stakeholders and technology - gathering requirements, configuring solutions, and helping teams across lending, credit, operations, finance, and customer relationship management get the most out of our enterprise platforms. If you're passionate about business systems, process improvement, and making technology work for people, this is your opportunity to help shape AgTrust's digital transformation strategy." What You'll Do Administer and support Salesforce and nCino applications, including users, profiles, and permissions Configure custom fields, page layouts, flows, validation rules, and approval processes Build and maintain reports and dashboards to support business decision-making Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders across the organization Translate business needs into scalable Salesforce and nCino solutions Support data quality initiatives, including imports, exports, and audits Participate in testing, release management, and system upgrades Create training materials and support user adoption across the organization What Makes You a Great Fit Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field; or equivalent relevant work experience. 3-5 years of Salesforce administration experience Salesforce Certified Administrator Experience in financial services, banking, lending, or Farm Credit Experience with Agile project delivery methodologies Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud Experience with nCino (Preferred) Salesforce Advanced Administrator or Business Analyst Certification (Preferred) Key Competencies Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities Business process analysis and requirements gathering Reporting and dashboard development Stakeholder facilitation and communication Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Commitment to continuous learning and professional development Work Environment Full-time, exempt position with standard business hours Close collaboration with business stakeholders, vendors, and technology partners across the organization What Success Looks Like The Salesforce/nCino Administrator will help
