Travel destinations may include:
Phoenix, AZ
Atlanta, GA
San Antonio, TX
Additional locations based on business needs Employees are compensated for travel time.
Per diem is provided during travel assignments and coordinated through the travel team.
Optional weekend travel home during assignments is at the employee's expense.
Schedule is generally Monday through Friday and does not necessarily follow traditional A-side/B-side data center shift structures.
Compensation & Benefits Travel compensation provided.

Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Red Oak, TX.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $35. 00 - $42.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

- Overview
- We are seeking an experienced
- Data Center Technician IV (L4)
- to support enterprise data center operations across multiple locations.
- Key Responsibilities
- Support and maintain enterprise-scale data center infrastructure environments.
- Perform advanced troubleshooting across server, network, and infrastructure systems.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to technicians and engineering teams.
- Mentor team members and promote operational excellence.
- Assist with infrastructure deployments, upgrades, and maintenance activities.
- Ensure adherence to operational procedures, safety standards, and best practices.
- Respond effectively in fast-paced, high-visibility environments with minimal supervision.
- Support cross-site initiatives and travel assignments as required.
- Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in network, server, or infrastructure engineering within an enterprise data center environment.
- Previous leadership, technical lead, or team lead experience.
- Strong mentoring, coaching, and team development skills.
- Experience supporting large-scale enterprise infrastructure environments.
- Ability to work independently and make sound technical decisions in dynamic operational settings.
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with GPU technologies and supporting infrastructure.
- Exposure to large-scale cloud or hyperscale data center operations.
- Travel Requirements
- Home base must be in the DFW area.
- Primary support locations include Red Oak and Irving, TX.
- Significant travel is required.
- Typical rotation consists of approximately
- 2-3 weeks on-site followed by 1 week at home
