Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team, playing a pivotal role in ensuring continuity and security of critical data center infrastructure. Our team thrives on attention to detail and collaboration to maintain highly available environments for essential banking operations.

Responsibilities:

Deploy server and network technology within physical data center environments. Execute rack-and-stack operations, structured copper and fiber cabling installations, hardware break-fix, and asset management activities. Operate within strict change, incident, and access management controls, while collaborating with internal engineering teams and external vendors. Utilize standard tooling for documentation and ticketing workflows, ensuring accountability and adherence to team standards.

Required:

Direct experience performing physical data center operations, including rack-and-stack, cabling installation, hardware break-fix, and asset management. Strong understanding of power, cooling, and physical security controls in an enterprise data center environment. Familiarity with standard tooling, including ServiceNow, Jira, CMDB, and DCIM systems, administrative experience considered a plus. A collaborative approach with demonstrated accountability, adaptability, and methodical work style, documentation and communication in regulated settings required.
