Job Description

Our client is seeking an ETL Developer dedicated to supporting the operational aspects of encounter reporting and data management. ,This is a contract to hire requiring two days per week onsite in the Appleton area. We can offer full benefits and a salary for the contract. In this role, you will manage end-to-end data interface delivery across the Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW). You will guide the full development lifecycle, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure optimal system performance for critical reporting workflows.
Key Responsibilities Operational Encounter Reporting & Data Management Encounter Support:
Dedicate core focus to managing operational data workflows for compliance and encounter reporting.
Interface Delivery:
Build and maintain data interfaces across all EDW stages, adhering to professional standards.
Full-Lifecycle Development:
Lead solution design, acceptance criteria creation, implementation, testing, and documentation.
Performance & Auditing:
Monitor the EDW for throughput and responsiveness, troubleshoot performance issues, and recommend optimizations.
Data Profiling:
Conduct in-depth data analysis and profiling to ensure accuracy and data integrity
Collaboration & Support Stakeholder Consultation:
Partner with Developers, DBAs, data governance, and leadership to design technical solutions.
Customer Communication:
Serve as the primary point of contact for cross-departmental customers regarding development, implementation, and problem resolution.
On-Call Support:
Participate in an on-call rotation to assist with after-hours technical issue resolution.
Qualifications & Requirements Education:
Associate Degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related technical field (equivalent professional experience may be substituted).
Experience:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in program interfacing.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in T-SQL development, SSIS development, and database troubleshooting.
Pay:
$70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
