Flexible schedules available Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and reliable Reporting Assistant to support the preparation, maintenance, and organization of business reports and data. The ideal candidate will assist with collecting information, entering and verifying data, preparing spreadsheets and reports, and ensuring information is accurate and presented in an organized manner. This position is well suited for someone who enjoys working with data, has strong computer skills, and can manage deadlines while maintaining accuracy. Depending on business needs and candidate qualifications, this position may be available onsite or offsite . Responsibilities Collect and organize information from databases, spreadsheets, documents, and internal systems. Assist with preparing daily, weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports. Enter, update, and maintain reporting data accurately. Review reports and data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency. Identify missing, inconsistent, or incorrect information and assist with corrections. Create and maintain spreadsheets, tables, summaries, and basic data reports. Format reports and documents to ensure information is clear and easy to understand. Compile information from multiple sources for management and internal departments. Maintain organized reporting files and supporting documentation. Track reporting deadlines and ensure assigned reports are completed on time. Assist with routine data verification and quality-control processes. Communicate with team members to obtain or clarify information needed for reports. Maintain confidentiality of company, customer, employee, and business information. Follow established reporting, data management, and administrative procedures. Provide general administrative and data support as needed. Qualifications Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good organizational and time-management skills. Comfortable working with numbers, spreadsheets, and business information. Basic to intermediate computer skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar spreadsheet software. Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, email, and web-based systems. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to organize and interpret information accurately. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Strong problem-solving and data-verification skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Professional, dependable, and organized work habits. Previous reporting, data entry, administrative, accounting, or office experience is a plus, but not required.
