12 Months Contract + Ext Role Overview Seeking a Data Center Program Manager with strong experience in building data centers from scratch (greenfield projects) . The role involves leading end-to-end execution-from site selection and design to build, commissioning, and go-live. Key Responsibilities Lead greenfield data center buildouts from concept to deployment Drive site selection, capacity planning, and infrastructure design Manage vendors for construction, power, cooling, and network setup Oversee rack/stack, cabling, and hardware deployment (servers, storage, network) Ensure timelines, budgets, risks, and compliance are managed effectively Coordinate with cross-functional teams (engineering, facilities, operations) Required Skills 10-15 years in Program/Project Management Proven experience in end-to-end data center build (ground-up) Strong knowledge of power, cooling, networking, and DC infrastructure Experience with vendor management and construction coordination Excellent stakeholder and execution skills Nice to Have Experience in

HPC / AI

infrastructure environments Background in semiconductor / hyperscaler environments PMP or similar certification
