Much has changed since that time. Today the Sycuan Tribe governs its Reservation, owns and operates a Casino and a Golf Resort, and owns a number of other business ventures in the San Diego Region. Clinical Applications Coordinator Job Purpose Supports the implementation, configuration, and daily use of clinical application systems, including EHR and EDR platforms, under the guidance of the HIT Manager. Works closely with clinical and administrative teams to ensure effective system functionality, accurate clinical documentation, and efficient workflows. Provides user onboarding, training, and ongoing support for application features, templates, and reporting tools. Develops and maintains custom templates and reports to meet clinical and operational needs. Assists in evaluating and improving clinical workflows and information flow processes to enhance system utilization and user adoption. Collaborates with cross-functional departments—including Administration, Business Office, Behavioral Health, Dental, Medical, HIM, and Pharmacy—to support consistent, effective use of clinical applications across the organization.
