Salary Range:

$94,963.00 - $115,968.00 Annually + Excellent Benefits Generally, salary placement is at the beginning of the salary range. Advanced placement may be granted depending on related education and experience.

Regular Schedule:

9/80 work schedule with alternating Monday or Friday off This position will primarily be assigned to the Police Department and requires a full background investigation. See below for more information.

Minimum Qualifications:

Any combination of education and experience that would likely provide the required knowledge and abilities is qualifying. A typical way to obtain the knowledge and abilities would be:

Education/Training:

Equivalent to the completion of the twelfth grade supplemented by two years of college-level coursework in information science or a related field.

Experience:

One year of information system experience.

License or Certificate:

Information Services Analyst I Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities and abilities: Basic knowledge of networking, including IP addressing and connectivity troubleshooting Experience with Microsoft Windows operating systems and user support A solid understanding of computer hardware and peripheral devices Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills Clear and patient communication with users of all technical levels Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple support requests A collaborative, customer‑focused approach to work Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and protecting sensitive information
