Sunnyvale, CA Job Details Full-time 16 hours ago Qualifications Business development management Managing customer accounts Customer communication Account development Project delivery management Corporate sales environment Cross-functional communication Full Job Description Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager - Data Center Cooling Solutions to develop and manage strategic customers across the data center and AI infrastructure market. This role will focus on building relationships with hyperscalers, colocation providers, AI infrastructure companies, EPCs, and system integrators , while driving the adoption of advanced cooling and thermal management solutions. The ideal candidate has a strong background in data center infrastructure, HVAC/cooling, liquid cooling, or related thermal management solutions , with proven experience developing key accounts and closing complex projects. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage strategic data center accounts and achieve annual sales and project targets. Build relationships with hyperscalers, colocation providers, AI infrastructure customers, EPCs, and system integrators. Identify customer requirements related to cooling architecture, power density, liquid/air cooling, energy efficiency, redundancy, and reliability. Drive adoption of cooling products and integrated thermal management solutions. Manage the full sales cycle, including opportunity development, customer engagement, solution positioning, pricing, negotiation, contracting, and closing. Coordinate with technical, product, delivery, after-sales, legal, and regional teams to ensure successful project execution. Develop account strategies and pipelines while identifying expansion, cross-selling, and long-term growth opportunities. Monitor market trends, customer projects, and competitive activity within the data center cooling market. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or above; Engineering or other technical disciplines preferred. 5+ years of sales or business development experience in data centers, HVAC, thermal management, central cooling, liquid cooling, or related infrastructure markets . Experience developing hyperscaler, colocation, AI infrastructure, EPC, or large system integrator accounts. Understanding of data center cooling architecture and high-density computing environments. Familiarity with technologies such as liquid cooling, CDU, air-cooled/water-cooled systems, precision cooling, or large-scale cooling plants . Strong customer development, commercial negotiation, and project management skills. Proven ability to independently manage strategic accounts and complex sales opportunities. Strong cross-functional communication and coordination skills. Ability to work effectively with customers and internal teams across multiple regions. Ability to travel as required. Preferred Qualifications Established relationships within the hyperscale, cloud, AI infrastructure, or colocation ecosystem. Experience selling liquid cooling, CDU, fan wall, precision air conditioning, or integrated data center cooling solutions . Experience working with consultants, EPC contractors, general contractors, or large system integrators. Track record of winning and expanding large-scale data center infrastructure projects.
