This role is ideal for a safety professional with strong OSHA knowledge and hands-on field experience in high-paced construction environments. If you're passionate about workplace safety, proactive risk management, and ensuring compliance on complex projects, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Monitor and enforce site safety policies and procedures Conduct daily safety inspections and job hazard analyses (JHAs) Lead toolbox talks and safety meetings Ensure compliance with OSHA, federal, state, and local regulations Maintain accurate safety documentation and incident reports Partner with site leadership to proactively identify and mitigate risks Support incident investigations and corrective action implementation Promote a culture of safety and accountability across all trades

Qualifications Required:

Minimum 5 years of construction safety experience OSHA 30-Hour Certification (Required) Strong knowledge of OSHA standards and safety best practices Experience working on large-scale commercial or industrial construction projects Excellent communication and documentation skills

Preferred:

OSHA 510
