Join our team and discover why we are a top veteran employer and Certified Great Place to Work™ ASRC Federal System Solutions LLC, a subsidiary of ASRC Federal, is seeking a Broadcast Theater Information and Network Project Manager in Colorado Springs, CO. This is to support the Wing Information and Communication Support (WICS 2) Contract requirement at Schriever SFB, CO. Responsibilities Provide Program Management Subject Matter Expert (SME) support for Global Broadcast Service (GBS) operations, sustainment, modernization, and integration activities Support execution, coordination, continuity, and integration of Government approved operational initiatives and technical efforts Prepare and deliver briefings, status reports, executive summaries, operational updates, and program documentation Participate in technical working groups, integration forums, operational planning sessions, and stakeholder meetings Coordinate and deconflict operational priorities associated with GBS broadcast activities and mission requirements Facilitate coordination across GBSOC operations teams, Theater Information Manager Meetings (TIMs), Tier-2 Engineers, Program Management Office (PMO) personnel, and mission partners Support technical refresh initiatives, system upgrades, modernization efforts, and new project implementation activities for both the GBSOC and Satellite Broadcast Manager (SBMs) Track action items, schedules, and operational milestones to ensure successful program execution Support cross-functional communication and collaboration across geographically dispersed teams Qualifications Requires an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Program Management, or related field or equivalent experience 5+ years of experience supporting program management, operations support, or advisory activities within a DoD or Federal environment Experience supporting operational coordination, technical integration, or modernization initiatives. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including briefing development and executive-level reporting. Experience coordinating across multiple technical and operational stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, collaboration platforms, and project tracking tools.
