At
KUNZ, BIM/VDC
Coordinators help create the model-based workflows behind configurable infrastructure for global hyperscale data center programs. You'll work across engineering, product architecture, VDC, and construction to turn design intent into coordinated digital deliverables that can be used repeatedly across complex projects. This is not a conventional BIM coordination role. The work sits at the intersection of VDC, product architecture, MCAD-to-BIM coordination, model quality, data standards, and program delivery. If you want to do more than maintain models and instead help shape how digital design information moves from engineering through project delivery, this is the opportunity. The Opportunity As a BIM/VDC Coordinator, you'll help build and maintain the digital workflows that connect engineering and product information with downstream design and construction teams. You'll develop Revit content, support configurable product models, maintain ACC environments, coordinate model interfaces, and help establish the standards that allow complex design information to be deployed consistently across projects. You'll work with engineering teams, vendors, A/E partners, VDC teams, and owner stakeholders while gaining exposure to the full digital delivery lifecycle. What You'll Do Plan, track, and

deliverables across active programs. Build and maintain Revit families, interface models, structured parameters, and reusable model content. Support MCAD-to-BIM workflows and configurable product modeling that translate engineering intent into coordinated BIM deliverables. Maintain ACC environments, model structures, issue workflows, and digital delivery standards. Review models for interface definition, data quality, completeness, and downstream use. Coordinate across engineering teams, vendors, A/E partners, VDC teams, and owner stakeholders to resolve model and delivery issues. Improve templates, trackers, standards, and repeatable digital workflows that make delivery more consistent across projects. You'll Be Successful Here If You have 2-5 years of experience in BIM, VDC, design technology, or model-based project delivery. You have strong Revit skills, including families, parameters, schedules, and model organization. You have experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), Navisworks, or similar coordination tools. You can read and interpret engineering drawings, product information, and construction documents. You're interested in configurable building systems, product architecture, and large-scale project delivery. You communicate clearly, follow through on commitments, and have strong practical judgment when it comes to model quality. You are self-directed and comfortable taking ownership of your work, managing priorities and deliverables with minimal day-to-day oversight. Experience That Will Help You Succeed MCAD-to-BIM workflows Configurable or modular building systems Revit family creation and structured parameters Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) Navisworks BIM/VDC coordination and model QA/QC Product architecture or product-based design Digital delivery standards and workflows Data centers, mission-critical infrastructure, or large-scale construction programs Experience coordinating across engineering, A/E, construction, and vendor teams What You'll Find at KUNZ Opportunities to help shape digital delivery workflows, not just execute them Exposure to engineering, product architecture, VDC, and construction Work on configurable systems and global-scale infrastructure programs Mentorship from senior technical leaders working on complex programs Technical training and professional development Annual bonus opportunity Medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) with company match Paid time off and company holidays Career Level & Compensation This posting is intended to fill multiple BIM/VDC opportunities. Depending on your background and experience, you may be considered for different career levels. The anticipated salary range for this opportunity is $70,000 to $115,000 annually , depending on the position level, geographic location, experience, skills, and internal equity. About
